La Casina dei Tigli is the ideal place for a stay a stone's throw from Milan and Monza, designed for autonomous usage by people with special mobility needs. It's welcoming for groups, families with children and people with small pets, comfortable and discreet for business travellers, excellent for bikers.
The house is located on the ground floor of a historical building, with a step-free independent entrance from the private garden.
The private parking space is reserved for guests.
The apartment, renovated in 2020, is equipped with every comfort. Air conditioning is available in all rooms and a broadband wifi connection is available.
The apartment is carefully cleaned and sanitized after each use.
The guest rooms
Spacious and welcoming, the two bedrooms of the Casina dei Tigli have ergonomic mattresses and pillows, air conditioning, spacious cabinets, power and USB plugs.
The living room
The living room, directly accessible from the garden, is wide and contains a double sofa-bed and a practical work desk with broadband internet connection, conceived for smartworking.
The kitchen
Wide and comfortable, the accessible kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people and for long stays and accomodates a dishwasher with 13 place settings capacity . A high chair and a bouncer are available upon request.
The bathroom
The restroom with window has a walk-in shower with curtain and grab bar, shower chair, wide washbasin for disabled persons. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available to guests.
Raised toilet seat, folding commode frame, kids toilet seat and kids step stool are also offered.
The garden
Accessible directly from the private parking space, the garden is the entrance to the apartment and offers a pleasant space, shaded by two centuries-old lime trees. Guests can accommodate motorcycles and bicycles inside the garden.
