Clara and her family are delighted to host you. We invite you to read the house rules. We are sure that you will follow them.

 

House Rules

We want your stay to be peaceful and pleasant. We strive to offer a comfortable place that is clean and sanitized, welcoming, functional, and equipped with all appliances you'll need for a carefree stay. This is why we ask all guests to respect the house rules and to use the apartment and all equipment with care.

 

• It is forbidden to organize parties.

• Smoking is forbidden inside the house. You can smoke in the garden. 

• The condominium regulation prohibits screams, shouts and other disturbing noises between 12:30 and 3:30 PM and between 10 PM and 8AM. It is forbidden to clutter, litter or play in the common courtyard.

• It is forbidden to light fires in the garden.

• The shed is for the exclusive use of the property. 

• It is absolutely forbidden to remove from the Casina the fire extinguisher, the first aid kit, the price table and the model contract.

• The property reserves the right to request the immediate release of the property in the event of violations of the rules and damages to the apartment and its contents.
